Abstract

This research paper aims to review the general content and sources of Administrative Law, specifying some definitions for its proper understanding. It then emphasizes the current regulatory framework, highlighting the importance of the sources of production and knowledge of this specialized branch in light of three essential elements: the Bolivian Constitution of 2009  which is characterized by being normative and broadly guarantee-based– the current Constitutional Block –mandatory for administrative authorities– and relevant Constitutional Jurisprudence, in order to highlight its enormous usefulness for the teaching and learning of Administrative Law in Bolivia.
